Wedding Photography Information
Here are the answers to FAQs, but it’d be really lovely to meet up to learn about you and your ideas and answer your questions.
What kinds of weddings and where?
I photograph all kinds of weddings, wherever they take place. I love unique weddings and discovering new places.I love tipis as much as castles and enjoy making the most of each location to reflect the couple’s unique personalities.
I have photographed Christian weddings, Hindu and Muslim ones, Baha’i, Multi-Faith, Humanist and Pagan ones. To see them, just use the search button. For Asian weddings, click here, for multicultural weddings click here
I have shot traditional weddings of various cultures and some very alternative ones. I have seen birds of prey, dogs and horses, fire eaters, a snow machine and more at some weddings but love classical weddings just as much. What matters is your love and joy.
I work all over UK and abroad. I love travelling and learning languages so I really enjoy destination weddings.
What’s your style?
My focus is emotion, connection and authenticity. I’m also happy to explore new ideas. It’s your day and I want you to have what’ll make you happy.
During the day, I mix styles to suit who you are and what is happening. In the lead up to the wedding we discuss your ideas and what you like and on the day too I check what you want. Most of the day I shoot candids to capture your emotions, the details, the reactions, the relationships as they are, nothing contrived or set up.
I take time to do your couple shots which can be very natural, very emotional. This is why pre-wedding shoots make your wedding photos even better. I love to be able to take two time slots to do different portraits in different lights. I can set up lights to give a range of images of the two of you including some real Wow ones. I also take the groups shots you request.
I’ve been in business since 2009. I will personally photograph your wedding and won’t book anything else that day. I have public liability insurance, professional equipment and back up, as well as people I can call on should I be unable to be there on the day. It’s never happened but better not to tempt fate.
Your photos will be ready within a week of me being home and you can have your USB as soon as you’ve approved them- ie you can request some in black and white etc. Your album will take up to three weeks once you’ve chosen the photos and approved the design.
When you book I send you a contract, later on, a timings and group shots request sheet. I will help you any way I can so don’t hesitate to ask. In the meantime, here are some wedding planning tips
