I have been contacted by several couples who wanted to do a Chinese wedding photoshoot at Loughborough university and they were asking me if I rented wedding dresses. No , I don’t but I’ve looked around and I’ve found different options:

• You can buy one online and get it delivered to me so you pick it up when you come for the photoshoot. There are many places that will do this, Monsoon, Debenhams, Next, jjs house, Not on the high street. You can see more inspiration in this article from Hitched.
• You can buy one on Ebay and get it delivered here
• You can ask a second hand shop like Bridal Reloved where they stock big brands at half price, if you have a bit of time before the wedding photoshoot, you can go and try them in the shop.

Kervin and Emma were students at Loughborough university so they wanted to do their wedding photoshoot here. Many people meet their partner at university and many Chinese students like to come back and revisit the places where they met and hang out for their wedding photoshoot before their Chinese wedding.

Emma had brought their own dress. Flora who met her husband to be at Lincoln University used some clothes she had and made the rest herself! It is a great thing to have a dress that you don’t mind getting dirty! that way you are so much freer to jump, dance, run, climb or do whatever you feel like!
