Meetal and Dee’s Hindu wedding was a real mix of tradition and modernity, spanning two incredible days and four unique venues in Leicester. The celebrations began with bridal preparations at the Belmont Hotel, followed by a Leicester Registry Office ceremony with couple portraits by the Castle. The first day—well, technically the second, as I also covered the Mehndi party—concluded with an amazing masquerade party, where Meetal looked breathtaking in a showstopping dress!
Meetal, a talented hair and makeup artist (Makeup by M), and Dee, a musician, brought their creativity and love for beauty and partying into every detail of their wedding.

Hindu Wedding Ceremony at the Empire
Day two was dedicated to their Hindu wedding at the Empire, an old church beautifully repurposed for weddings and events. A favourite venue for Asian weddings, it offers ample space for large celebrations.
