Leicester Ramada Wedding

Maz wrote this before her wedding: ” I met Alix at a family function and we instantly hit it off! Since then she has basically become an extension of my family and a dear friend. 😊😊

As a photographer she has the gift of being able to seize an opportunity and capture a moment. When you look at her work you are instantly transported back to that time and are able to relive that moment in all of its entirety, emotions and all.

A review alone is not a justifiable way of expressing the quality of her work and to date she has photographed 2 of my family’s weddings, my brother’s engagement party (click here to see it, it was amazing!)  and my now fiancé couldn’t trust anyone else but her to capture the moment when he proposed!”

Indeed, Vee phoned me from Germany to arrange me to photograph the moment he proposed, so I felt I was part of the story and was very happy they asked me to photograph their wedding. 

It was a Leicester Ramada wedding with the ceremony in a church. As the couple comes from Zimbabwe, the whole day was full of so songs and dances, so joyful! The bride came in dancing in the church, there were songs and dances all day long. 

As it was the 31st December, we didn’t have that long after the ceremony to do photos in the park, as the light was fading fast but we managed to capture all the groups, some fun shots, natural ones and of course, the happy couple. 

The evening reception At Leicester Ramada Hotel was fantastic, with many speeches, and dances in between, very entertaining, involving everyone, a real success, everyone loved it.
