Newborn Photographer in Derby

A new life, a miracle.  I photographed both of Emily’s pregnancies and saw little Thiebault grow up- I can’t believe he goes to school now! So I was very glad to meet little Clementine and do her newborn photoshoot at home in Derby

On Clementine’s face I could see her brother’s expressions, her mummy and daddy’s traits and something that is uniquely and totally hers. Photoshoots with babies are unpredictable  they don’t sleep or wake up or smile on command, so this is really catching the moment, and getting to hold this little bundle of life so small and so intense, so fragile yet so determined.. Welcome to the world Clementine. I look forward to seeing you grow up too.

If you’d like a newborn or family photoshoot, I am a newborn photographer based in Loughborough and do maternity, birth, newborn and family photoshoots in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham areas. I don’t use many props- or any sometimes but like to use your blankets, clothes etc to make the photos unique to you and your family. I like to keep the session as natural as possible and do include parents and siblings to capture the love and connection.
